1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you") and XLMXRP Wallet ("Company," "we," "us") governing your use of the XLMXRP Wallet platform available at xlmxrp.com.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance.

2. Eligibility

To use XLMXRP Wallet, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not be prohibited from using our services under applicable law
• Not be a resident of a jurisdiction where cryptocurrency services are prohibited

By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the above requirements.

3. Account Registration

To access the wallet platform, you must register an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Keep your password confidential and not share account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or provide false information.

4. Our Services

XLMXRP Wallet provides the following services:

• Asset Custody: Secure storage of XLM (Stellar Lumens) and XRP on your behalf.
• Deposits: Processing of cryptocurrency deposits subject to admin verification.
• Withdrawals: Processing of withdrawal requests subject to admin review and approval.
• Staking: Opportunity to stake your assets and earn yield at published APY rates.
• Swaps: Exchange between XLM and XRP within the platform.

All transactions are subject to review and approval by our administrative team. We reserve the right to decline any transaction at our sole discretion.

5. Staking & Yields

XLMXRP Wallet offers staking rewards at published APY rates (currently 15.5% for XLM and 26% for XRP). Please note:

• APY rates are subject to change at any time with or without prior notice
• Past yield rates are not a guarantee of future performance
• Staking rewards are credited at the discretion of the platform
• Unstaking requests are subject to processing time and admin approval
• We do not guarantee returns on any staked assets

Cryptocurrency staking involves risk. The value of your staked assets may decrease regardless of any yield earned. Never stake more than you can afford to lose.

6. Fees

XLMXRP Wallet may charge fees for certain services including but not limited to withdrawal processing, swap transactions, and account maintenance. All applicable fees will be disclosed prior to transaction confirmation.

We reserve the right to introduce, modify, or waive fees at our discretion. Any fee changes will be communicated with reasonable advance notice.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use XLMXRP Wallet for any of the following:

• Money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity
• Fraud, impersonation, or any deceptive practice
• Circumventing or attempting to circumvent security measures
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse platform features or bonuses
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other user accounts or systems
• Any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Using automated scripts or bots without our written permission

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination and reporting to relevant authorities.

8. Risk Disclosure

Cryptocurrency is a highly volatile asset class. By using XLMXRP Wallet, you acknowledge and accept the following risks:

• Market Risk: The value of XLM and XRP can fluctuate significantly and you may lose part or all of your investment.
• Regulatory Risk: Cryptocurrency regulations change frequently and may affect your ability to use our services.
• Technology Risk: Blockchain networks and software may experience outages, bugs, or vulnerabilities.
• Custody Risk: While we take security seriously, no custodial service is entirely risk-free.

Only invest funds that you can afford to lose entirely. XLMXRP Wallet does not provide financial, legal, or investment advice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, XLMXRP Wallet, its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or use of our services shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

The services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms.

You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases immediately. Any pending transactions at the time of termination will be handled at our discretion.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction, as determined by us.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
